Does this mean I'm hired ?Rating: (votes: 3) BTW- I plan on staying at my current job but just for PRN status. Wait till you get the job offer in writing!Happy Comment:
it sounds like they like you and you have a good chance of getting the job but i would always wait for the offical start date. usually they give you a few weeks before you start so youll have enough time i think to give your other job notice that youll be leaving. Good luck

There is an episode of Seinfeld you might appreciate right now (or not depending on your sense of humor!)... George has a job interview and towards the end, the interviewer says, "I want you to have this job. Of course-" and his assistant walks in and says he has a call... he takes the call and George has no idea whether or not he's got the job. Awesome show!

when in doubt, wait! in today's market, definately get offer letter, signed and turned in and confirmed start date prior to giving any notice. Congratulations!

Wait for the letter before you hand in your resignation - - what if the next orientation is not until July 1? So just wait. And best wishes!!!

LOL....that Seinfeld episode was hilarious! The boss goes on vacation, and George shows up pretending he had the job already. Love that show!

So today I had the drug test and background check. The recruiter said that the offer letter is going to be mailed tomorrow. Two week PRN notice is in. I think this may mean I have the job. If not its a problem.
