Skills Fair and Joint Commission...any ideas

I am in need for how you interpret the JC guidelines for staff nursing in the hospital. How often do you review content, 1 yr or 3 yr cycle? Is there an up to date skills fair list? I realize every hospital does it differently but how do you determine all their needs?
