MAR Template

Hello! Does anyone have an MAR Template for the computer? We write all of our MARs out monthly and I was hoping to start typing them on the computer. I have been working on making my own, but I'm not so great at excel:/ Does anyone have a template I could use??

A far shot but have you tried MS.com/office. They have all sorts of templates from 'soup to nuts'

WOW! That is so nice of you! I have started an attempt at a template on word, but it is not even close to done! I am going to look on the website now. If you find yourself whipping up a template please send it my way, but of course don't go out of your way. Thank you
