my mnemonic idea for Periop-recovery nurses

I came up with this mnemonic. I'd appreciate any feedback.

A recovery nurse should be alert to the following aspects of the pt recovery:
"ABC & TAPIOCA"

ABC: airway, breathing, and circulation
T: Temperature (hypothermia)
A: Aspiration
P: Pain
I: Integument (or Incision)
O: Output (atonic bladder)
C: Cortisol-causing hyperglycemia
A: Apnea (sleep apnea)
