I am looking to gather data about male nurses and their leadership mobility in nursing. This information will help me to write a Sociology paper for my Introduction to Sociology class, which is a requirement for my RN to BSN program.

Has anyone received or heard of a male nurse having either an easier or harder time finding a job based on his gender? If so, please share what happened.

Has anyone had or heard of a male nurse having an easier or harder time being promoted into a leadership/management position? If so, please share what happened.
