Ffp platelets and cryo administration

I would like to know by which tubing these plasma products like FFP, Platelets and Cryo Precipitate are administered - Blood Transfusion Set with a Filter or Regular IV set without a Filter ?!

I have heard that if a Blood Transfusion Set with a Filter is used to administer FFP, Platelets and Cryo Precipitate, the platelets or the Coagulation Factors are stuck at the filter.

So which set to use now ?!

If a Blood Transfusion Set with a Filter only is recommended - Why ?!

or

If a Regular IV set without a Filter only is recommended - Why ?!
