lapsed license

i'm devastated!!!! I've forgot to renew my LPN license..it's that simple...I forgot. I didn't receive the reminder from the Oklahoma board of nursing and my employer didn't remind me which they always have. No excuse...I'ts my responsibility. But now what?? I've reported it. I've worked as a nurse for the last 4 days with my license expired. I'm scared to death to have to go in front of those skeery people at the OBN!! I am professional, have always prided myself in my field and caring for the elderly. Don't want to lose the privledge...don't want to lose the paycheck. Anyone know the reprocussions??
In my state, there is a grace period. The fees are increased if you pay after the due date.
