Work and Grad School

I have been an inpatient nurse for about 3 years now. I started part-time grad school to become an NP about a year ago and have not had any problems balancing school with 12 hour shifts. However, I recently accepted a job offer at an outpatient clinic that works m-f 9-5. This job is my dream job and will open up so many doors for me...I am also almost certain I will be able to work in this clinic as an NP when I graduate. I was upfront from the start about school and my new supervisor was ok with it. I would like to do weekend clinicals, if possible, so that I can miss as few days of work as possible. Unfortunately a lot of NPs work in outpatient settings with the same schedule as my new job. Has anyone done weekend clinicals as an NP student? If so, what types of settings? Is it hard to find clinicals like this? I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has worked a similar schedule to this and managed to balance school.
