Attention Boise Nurses!

Hey guys.

I'm an RN considering a transplant from Kansas City to Boise. Currently work on a cardiac ICU floor but I'm about ready to commit to my one true love...oncology. Was wondering if anyone had any insight how St. Luke's and St. Alphonsus rank in this area? I'm mostly concerned with patient acuity and outcomes and then nurse advocacy.

I work at a well regarded hospital in Kansas City and we see very high acuity here and I like it that way. Any insight would be so appreciated! Thanks
