Parkland Nurse Internship Program vs. Nurse Residency Program for new grads.

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me the differences between the Nurse Internship Program and the Nurse Residency program at Parkland Hospital in Dallas?
Does anyone know the application process for each one? Or when they open up? I'm trying to find information online but I am having a hard time finding it.
