Is becoming a nurse practitioner worth your time and effort?
I suppose the answer to this question is totally dependent on what the individual wants out of a career.I wouldn't be happy as a nurse practitioner because I know I'd dislike several aspects, including the 40 hour work weeks, the face time with patients, and the added accountability. Your mileage may vary.
