Army Reserves RN going back to school?

I am having a lot of difficulty figuring out who to contact or getting email addresses of who to contact from the unit I am with. I am in the Army Reserves as a Med-surg RN (66H). I have been in Critical Care for 4 years now, with 1 year in Neuro ICU (regional stroke center). I am getting my CCRN at the end of this month and plan on taking the GRE this year to apply for CRNA school by October with an enrollment date of Fall 2016. How do I move from Army Reserves TPU to APMC during my transition from employed RN to full time student?

Does anyone have an email address of who to contact for more information? No one at my unit seems to know.
