New Grad recently moved to Charlotte NC area needing some advice

Hi there! I recently moved to the Charlotte area as a new grad...I graduated from a Texas school and have been struggling to find how I can get my foot in the door with these hospitals. Does anyone have advice or other avenues I can take? Thank you for any words of wisdom!!
I don't know much about the Charlotte market in particular, but I can tell you the Novant system definitely hires new grads. NH Presbyterian is there main location in Charlotte, but Matthews and Salisbury are pretty close by and there are Novant hospitals in those areas, too. I'd say just keep applying. Plenty of the new grads I see revolving through my unit are not necessarily local new grads. Good luck!

I believe there are facilities associated with U of North Carolina in that area, they usually are hiring. Have you taken your nursing boards yet?? Will you be taking them in NC? Or have you applied for your NC license??
