Carolinas Healthcare & Novant shift differential

I am moving to the Charlotte area and plan to work in acute care pediatrics at either Levine or Hemby. Does anyone know the shift differentials for nights and weekends at these hospitals? Also average pay for an RN with 2.5 years experience? I currently work at UNC and know that they are one of the best paying in the state, so just wondering what to expect. Thanks!
