United Healthcare Field CM Orientation

Hello fellow nurses!

This is my first post! I have a question, I've decided to take a job as a Field Case Manager RN with United HC. I know there are mixed reviews about this company but after being a VA Field Case Manager for 7 yrs, I needed a change LOL.

My question is for current or former field case managers with UHC....

1. How is the orientation? Is it all done at home or virtually? (It's not a deal breaker but I forgot to ask the hiring manager).

2. Also how long was your orientation?
