Footcare in Kansas

Ok Loisjean and other footcare Nurses. I'm in Kansas-- As an RN can I cut diabetic toenails? I have begun training with a CNS and have completed Julie Overstreets "Footcare for Older Adults"and would love to certify as a CFCN, but I don't have my BSN (qualifications changed Jan 1). I want to do home visits, but seems KSBN has different ideas-- I have been studying and looking for a way to meet these people's needs without being illegal. I need some direction-
