What was the outcome? The questions help to determine how the applicant will likely behave in a stressful situation. One question I think is a good one is- you are late giving your 11AM meds, a patient put on the call light needing to go to the bathroom, another put on the call light because he needs pain medicine, and another nurse came up to you needing your help because her patient just fell. How would you prioritize the situation? |
