your Help is needed

good day,

i want your experienced openion about an issue in my career!!

recently i left my job in a Pediatric Hem/Onc Ward, i worked their as a senior RN/Clinical Resource Nurse, and moved to another country to work in a newly built Pediatric Speciality Hospital, and the movement frankly was Financial status oriented.

the hospital is still in the preoperational phase, and i managed to reach the DON and to with her as a team for the operation preparations?

the issue is i am not satisfied with the nature of work that i am doing now, i am a clinician in the first place, and i enjoy working with patients, i am thinking of taking another job in another firm.

in the other hand the DON is very cooperative and supporting, and she promised me a senior position but its not official and she cannot make it official in the mean time (Due to freakin' Bureaucracies), but nothing is confirmed!!

i am having a very strong mental conflict!!!

so what do you think i should do with this issue??
