RN Diploma hirability in Florida

Hello all, first time posting:

I am about to graduate from an RN diploma school in Texas. My hope is to move to Southwest Florida and work in a hospital there.

I will have an RN license, but no ADN or BSN.


Does anyone know what the hirability of someone like me is? Will I get a look in for any jobs?
