Summit Health

I have been looking really hard to find another job, and got a call from Summit Health about working for them, at their 'flu clinics,' from the description, it sounds like health screenings, and flu shots, but I'm not sure it's a wise career choice. Does anyone have any experience working with Summit Health?
I worked for them briefly.They require you to work as an independent contractor, and don't take any taxes out of your pay- you have to do that yourself. Pay is extremely low, but work is not hard.
