Nurses' week gifts!

8 I seriously work at the best place. My coworkers showered me with gifts today (I'm the only RN at the clinic). They tried to take me out to lunch too, but I had two NSTs to do and one was non-reactive, so I didn't get done until 12:30, so we're going to try again tomorrow.Click image for larger version.

I work at such an awesome place! I love my coworkers! Last edit by klone on May 7
I must have worked in some really cheap places.....about the coolest Nurses Week gifts I ever got was a tote bag at one place and a pen at another. Most didn't even recognize Nurses Week. I'm glad for you though!

Gah, not sure why that first picture is showing up.

klone, are they hiring?

So happy for you, klone! What a wonderful, appreciative bunch of co-workers!I work in a facility too large for that type of show of gratitude. In fact, Nurses Day/Week has been hijacked by Healthcare Workers' week. But that's ok. We have great managers & executive management who appreciate & encourage us daily. I'll take a bit of my very fair compensation and buy myself a flower

I do work for a large facility, but our little clinic is pretty insulated and kind of an island unto itself. We are a very close bunch. I absolutely adore my coworkers. I've never worked at a better place. I actually enjoy coming into work, because we have so much fun together.
