Does anyone use Qualifacts at work?

I used the search and didn't find Qualifacts in any thread, so I'm wondering if this new program (for my company at least) is being used by anyone else.

It's supposed to streamline everything and we're just now making the transition from paper files to computer documentation. However, I can't find any other nurses who use it. We are finding it very frustrating, and I have used much easier programs at other jobs.
I worked at a drug and alcohol detox and rehab center two years ago where Qualifacts was used. Having never utilized electronic charting before, I had nothing to compare it to. I have to say, I didn't find it difficult. That being said, however, not all documentation was done on the computer. Since I was an agency nurse there, I had access only to the files I needed to perform my duties.
