Waiting on license....

Hello! i passed my NCLEX 2 weeks ago and my license still hasn't posted on DORA. I'm supposed to start my job this week (guess not if i don't have a license) but is there a reason why it could be taking so long?? i have heard so many stories of it posting so quickly even the same day some people pass the nclex in my state. I keep checking pearson to see if it really says fail instead of pass but yeah i'm getting a little scared....
Backlog with all the other people take the Nclex this time of year probably. Calling your board would probably yield a more accurate answer though.
