New Grad Opportunity at Rady Children's Hospital

Hi! I was fortunate enough to receive a new grad opportunity at Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego. It's something I've always wanted, and I'm happy to be leaving the LTC facility I've been working at. Has anyone completed the new grad residency at Rady? If so, what was it like?
