Postpartum Interview

Hi all. I'm a new grad with my IP. I have an interview for a new grad Postpartum job next week and I'm beyond nervous. I precepted in Postpartum for 6 weeks. Any advice? What kind of questions should I expect?

Expect them to ask about strengths and weaknesses! Also, be prepared to "talk about yourself". Don't tell them you have a dog or you live in a castle. Tell them your level of education and your future goals and any relevant accomplishments (related to nursing somehow). They may ask why you are interested in that unit or what you can bring to the table that others cannot (what makes you unique). Good luck!
