W-T-H. Just use the damn call light given in the room! Nobody has time to be answering the freakin' phone or email every time someone needs something! "Notifies you of how long it takes the nurse to get there." Sounds like another "hurry and rush everything you're doing so you can get done and to someone else fast so we don't lose good ratings over how fast you can get there. Forget quality of care, it's all about HOW FAST CAN YOU DO IT?!"
