NTI 2010 in DC- "Growing a New Graduate"

hey fellow nurses,

i really enjoyed the nti-critical care exhibition in dc. i was reviewing my materials and wondered if anyone attended the "growing a new graduate:it takes a village" class held by sheryl gilson of plantation, fl. i was hoping to get in touch with her or acquire some more information to start some type of continual mentoring program or some kind of resources for the new grad nurses in my unit. it's scary to go straight from college into critical care. anyone have any article suggestions/resources/tools? would appreciate any help! or any input from people with established programs?
