How do I get a job with MSF (Doctors Without Borders)?

Hey all,

I'm looking at applying to nursing schools for an ABSN program, and eventually want to work overseas with MSF.

I am looking for any information or perspectives on working with MSF, what it takes to get a job there, and what it's like. Do you have an RN? NP? Did you do an ABSN? An Associate's? What was your experience like?
