Interview presentation advice needed

I am due to be interviewed for a band 6 staff nurse post in a couple of weeks and need to prepare a presentation. EEEK!! It is 10 mins on the challenges of being a band 6 senior staff nurse at ward level in the NHS. I am struggling with what the content should be and also how to lay it out.
Can anyone offer any advice?
