Corrections/agency or Hospital staff?

Does working corrections make it difficult to get back into the hospital later? I'm considering working corrections as an agency nurse (as it pays well/better than hospital staff) in order to pay off debt faster. What do you think?
"Corrections" can cover a multitude of different clinical settings. Some prisons have their own small acute care facilities as well as SNF-ish environments, while others may only offer clinic services. So, it would depend upon what type of services you provide.
