Cleveland Clinic PCNA Interview Process

I applied with CC back in March and they called me for a phone interview in May. After that I went to the Lakewood hospital for an in-person with one of the nurse managers. Now I have to shadow one of the nurses in the next few days. Does anyone know if there are any more steps that I will have to take before I'm officially offered the job?
