Career Advice-Afraid of Being Labeled a Job Hopper!

Hi Everyone,

I am currently going to school to become a PMHNP. I have a really cush job working outpatient. I get to set my own hours and work whenever. I can't complain, except I'm not learning much. I have been there approx 8 months, and found a new posting today for a job that looks good and pays more. Should I apply? This job would be a transfer, and my first job was as an ICU nurse in the same hospital system. If I were to get this job, this would be my third transfer in 2.5 years....all advice appreciated!
