Moving to Non-COMPACT State from Compact state but practice in a 3rd state?!?!

Currently, I'm an RN in NC, a Compact state. I'm moving back to my hometown of Chattanooga, TN, which is also a Compact state. However, Chattanooga is on the state-line with GA, which is NOT a Compact state. Here's the issue... I'll actually be LIVING in GA.

The TN-BON website says I'll need to declare my "primary state of residence" & provide proof, such as a driver's license. But, my driver's license will be issued by GA.

Does anyone know how this works? Does the board consider my application an "endorsement" or would I have to take boards again or something if I actually "reside" in Ga? I'll be working in TN (which is only about 15mins from my house in GA.) My current license is NC/Multistate.

Thanks!
You shouldn't need a Georgia license if you're not working in Georgia. Your "primary" state should be the one you work in, although you also need to keep your out-of-state (Georgia) address current with the BON.I have a Texas license and a California Address. I don't work in Texas, but I could. And if I did work in Texas, I wouldn't need a California license because I live in California.
