How do i transfer CA license to TX NV and NY

I am a new grad unemployed for 6 months and realized being licensed in other states will help when I apply outside of California. I believe I need to obtain a verification of licensure. Do I need to send 3 separate forms for these 3 different states. Any tips are greatly appreciated. thanks!
