It's unfortunate that you are currently living in the epicenter of no-jobs-for-new-grads territory. You're probably going to have to relocate to get your career started. It doesn't have to be forever, just a couple of years to get over that new grad obstacle.I don't think that your chances will improve by meeting with managers. They have to comply with the hiring rules established by their Human Resources department & for the vast majority of organizations this means online applications are the only way into the job pipeline. Sending you good MOJO for your job hunt! Comment: I have applied to out of state and still nothing.. So I'm starting to feel like is it me? Am I saying something wrong in my r�sum� and cover letter? (I have had multiple career counselor overview them, and they say they are great the way they are). Also, how do you explain to hospitals that are out of state that I am willing to endorse my license over once the there is a for sure position in place, because finances.
