What is Genesis Healthcare CNA Training like in Maryland

Hi, I posted this under MD nursing, but no response. I was considering this program, but can not find any extra information about it. Can anyone give me any insight?

I'm wondering what Genesis Healthcare Cna training courses are like? What is the pay like in Maryland (Or any other states)? Most of the information I come across is about 5 years old and discusses other states. I would just like some insight about the program and MD facilities since the few things I hear are across the board.

I'm really considering this route to save some much needed money and start a career in healthcare. Eventually I would like to go to school for nursing and feel becoming a Cna would provide a little more flexibility in my schedule versus a full time desk job.
