Hiring Process

I had my first RN interviewed at St. John Hospital in Tulsa a couple day ago. I got interviewed by the recruiter and the unit manager. Now the manager wants me to shadowing on the floor. Am I gonna get the job? And what should I do for job shadowing? Any suggestions???
The management team liked you enough to go to the next phase. In shadowing, show up early, be well prepared, and look professional. Work hard all day and ask questions showing interest. They also shadow to see what everyone else who works there feels about you.
