orlando fl careers

I have a job interview with ormc coming up and I was wondering if any one had any expirence with them. Like how are the interviews and if you receive a interview with them does that mean u have a job? (The hospital I currently work at if you get a interview you basically have the job as long as ur bg check and drug screen are good)
I am super nervous about this interview and hope I get hired on.
