first job as a care partner on transplant unit

Howdy,

I just finished my lst clinical rotation this past spring on the neurosurgery and I just accepted a job offer to work on the transplant unit at the same hospital I had clinicals . It's a teaching hospital, I"m really excited and nervous, I didn't have a chance to do alot of clinical practice in rotation(blood draws, iv starts etc) I got a chance to do 1 blood draw and lots of am care. The transplant unit here is mostly liver and kidneys for the adult population. What can I expect? I feel really unprepared . Orientation is in a few weeks. I"m in a 3 year BSN program and I'll be starting my 2nd year of school in the fall with womens,peds,patho/pharm, and evidence based practice. Any advice from other nurse techs or transplant nurses would be greatly appreciated.
