New graduate program

hi all.
im a potential new graduate nurse in NSW Australia. Ive been looking at the new graduate transition programs both for hospitals and aged care facilities. Im just wondering if for example I did not get an offer for a new grad program at a hospital but accepted the one year new grad program at an aged care, will it be harder for me to apply at a hospital on the following year since i dont have that 'clinical/hospital experience'?

Appreciate any advice/opinions, especially those who came across this situation.
