New Grad LPN. Home health jobs?

Hello!!

I am a new grad LPN located in Maryland and I just passed my NCLEX! yippie! I have been applying like crazy to jobs and hopefully hear back from someone next week. I have seen a few home health positions and am curious if this is a good job as a new grad. I am concerned mostly about the orientation process. I know it depends on the facility, but I would just like some feedback. I just feel like home health, since it is more of an independent position, I would really like some input on how through the orientation may be.

Any other advice for a new grad LPN would be greatly appreciated as well.
