Relocating To NC from DE Looking For Job

I am moving from Delaware to North Carolina Sanford area and i was wondering what is the pay for RN who has 2yrs experience with both pediatric and adults.I am due to graduate with my BSN in December of this year.What are the best hospital to work in?I am not concerned with benefits i am looking for the best pay.Who offers move pay?Thanks
