Expungement and RN License NJ

Hello everyone! 4 years ago I received an expungement for a municipal ordinance. I will be finishing nursing school in a few months and am wondering how I should answer the criminal background question. I've never had my record come up after my expungement but I want to know if anyone has been through this! My Lawyer advised me to answer No to the question because my record is clean. I would love to hear from someone who has been through this!!!! Thanks everyone for your help!
