One year experience and looking for new position

Hello,

I am a RN in California with one year experience working in the ED. My family and I are relocating to Southern California. I am actively looking for a new position in Orange County and southern Los Angeles County. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about hospitals that hire RNs with one year experience? Also, is one year enough experience to land a new position.

I I will not quit my current position until I find new employment. I am just attempting to manage my expectations and plan properly.
