Outpatient and return to acute care

I have a job interview in a few days with an outpatient radiation-oncology clinic. I am excited for the interview, but am apprehensive about the impending (possible) job. My apprehension is that I am afraid of shooting myself in the proverbial foot by going into outpatient care. I am afraid of losing my nursing skills. Can I/ Will I be able to return to acute care if I want to? I only have two years of experience in acute care, all in medical/oncology. (Plus, I kind of like having 3 12-hour days, this job is M-F 8-5.) Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
I did it briefly years ago and used lots of nursing skills. IV's, IV meds, PCA's, conscious sedation. In fact I quit because I didn't have acute care skills and felt that other than the clinic visits I was in way over my head.
