Application I submitted says" applicant withdrawn"

I'm not sure what it means? I applied at a job at a hospital and every few days I go in and check up on the application. When I looked today,it said "applicant withdrawn"

A few days ago,last week someone from the hospital called but left a blank voicemail, I tried calling back but there's no way to figure out who it was. So... Is that why? Because I didn't answer the call? Or is it because the position is filled?
Likely that they are no longer considering you for the position. I doubt it had anything to do with not answering the phone.
