Dream Job interview for GN TCICU ...help!

Hi there to all my
graduate nurses, Future grad nurses and experienced ICU folks. Second interview this week with my dream job. Level 1 trauma hospital ICU and I feel like this is my 1 chance.

Not the best interviewer.. graduate in May and while most of my friends are having their pick I'm still hoping for an offer. This is not only my dream job but a job I need.

Any tips or advice on how you nailed the panel / unit interview?
