Interview advice for new grad

Hello, everyone. I just graduated with my ADN in April and have yet to take the NCLEX (waiting on my ATT code). I got a call today for an interview for the position I wanted on the Med-Surg floor where I did my internship at LakeWest Medical Center in Ohio. I am a little nervous because I have heard different things about hiring new nurses prior to licensure. Any thoughts about this you'd like to share would be greatly appreciated as well as tips for the interview.Thanks again!
