Interview - SURGERY :)

Hello! I have an upcoming interview for a weekend position in the surgery department at a local hospital. I am looking for any tips that you guys have for me as I really, really want this position!

For the past five years, I have been a work at home nurse doing telephone triage. I am looking to get back into the clinical arena. My background includes MedSurg, orthopedics (post-op), pain management and emergency room. One could easily look at my resume and say that I don't qualify, but everyone starts somewhere, right?

Any advice on how I can stand out as a prime candidate for this job despite my lack of recent clinical work and my lack of surgical experience?
