Accepting new RN position! HELP!

Hey all!!!

I am really torn between two units I have offers for.
I'm trying to chose between solid organ transplant/oncology floor or the advanced cardiac PCU both are night shift.


Both staffs are amazing but of Course the pts will be more critical on the PCU floor. Also the nurse pt ratio on the PCU floor is 4:1 right now but will go down with staffing.
The ratio on the transplant floor is 4 or 5:1 but will go down with staffing as well (but pts are less critical)


I also have to keep in mind that I will probably be moving so I will only be at this job for about seven Months.
Since they both have similar things to offer, ask yourself what you wish to gain from this experience? What are your long term goals? Are you more into cardiac or oncology? If you can't answer those questions, I would say flip a coin.
